Rachael Ray: Chicken Taco Soup
This Rachael Ray recipe cooks up in no time. In her book she suggest serving it for lunch for your kids. During the fall and winter months, this would be a great alternative for the sandwiches. I tend to like cream based soups better then broth ones, so this wasn’t my favorite. I’d make it again, but probably add a little rice to it.
