Rachael Ray: Bird In A Bagel

This Rachael Ray recipe was intended for dinner, but it ended up being a late night snack for the husband due to some unexpected things happening. Which really worked out perfect, because I wasn’t planning to eat it, I got to enjoy a nice dinner with my parents, and it was easy to make for him when he got home, not a lot of clean up involved either. So a win-win for everyone! You may be asking, why weren’t you going to eat it, well it is another Egg recipe, and you know my relationship with Eggs. I’ll eat them in any cookie, cake, or pie, but not any other way. If I liked Eggs, I think this would be great!

Cookbook: Yum-O Family Friendly

Total Time: 10 minutes

Husband Says: “This is good.” (He really needs to work on his comments)

Notes: I did not use apple in the recipe, just because my husband is not a huge fan of apples. I haven’t ever figured that out because, they don’t have all that much taste to them when you warm them up and cover them with cheese. I do wish there was a picture of this recipe from Rachael Ray. I have no idea if I did this right or not, so you get my interpretation of what the instructions said. I should have bought better New York style bagels, instead of the cheap ones with the barely there holes. Overall, it was easy to make, the husband liked it, and it was easy to clean up, so no complaints here!

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
