Rachael Ray: Apple Cider Gravy

Sorry this is late today, I just have a billion things going on, and just forgot to post it! This Rachael Ray recipe is from her section in the YUM-O cookbook, called chicken again! She has a few gravy recipes to spice up chicken night. I really enjoyed this “gravy” and it is apple cider season!

Cookbook: Yum-O!

Total Time: 25 minutes (includes grilling chicken)

Notes: I didn’t add as much liquid as the recipe calls for, I probably added a little over a cup, but we don’t like our gravy runny at our house!

    Hello Michelle!

That Apple Cider Gravy is so delicious. I’ve made it three or four times now and had it with chicken and pork. Last time, I added a little cinnamon to the gravy, no too much, just enough to know it’s there. And I always have used the cloudy type of apple cider.

It’s nice that you found the time to post this recipe. Who says a recipe has to have a lot of ingredients to be good?
