Rachael Ray: Vicki’s Chicken and Grapes in Mustard Sauce
Friday, October 30th, 2009This is a recipe that Rachael Ray makes because it’s one of her hubby’s mother in laws! This is the first time for it to appear here, but I’ve made it 2 other times and always really like it. I made a lot less because I cooked it later just for myself. It was delicious as usual. I know it may be a strange combination for you, but the cooked grapes with the mustard sauce is just divine!
Recipe: Vicki’s Chicken and Grapes in Mustard Sauce
Cookbook: Cooking Round the Clock
Total Time: 30 minutes
Notes: I just made 1 chicken breast for myself. I cut it in half to speed up the cooking. I didn’t really measure my mustard and milk out. That’s right, I usually don’t buy heavy cream, because we have whole milk for the little one, so I just use that. I also didn’t buy any white wine for this, so I just omitted it. It was still delicious!
