This Rachael Ray recipe was so good. I loved all the flavors in it. I am not really sure why it is called “devilish”. I didn’t have a ton of heat in mine, just tasted like a good sesame chicken to me. There isn’t much more to say about this one; the little guy loved the rice. He wouldn’t eat anything else. If you’re looking for quick and easy dinner this would be the one for you!
