I had a lot of trouble coming up with this week’s menu. Nothing sounded good, I guess I made my menu and the wrong time. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come in the next weeks to finish out the year. I hope I am more excited about the dishes when I cook them! Happy Cooking!
