When I looked back through Rachael Ray magazines I saw these Nachos in the March 09 issue, they jut looked so good, I had to try them. They held up to the picture in the magazine, they were delicious! I loved every bite and I wanted more. These are great because you can adjust your amounts to easily cook for 1-2 people. The little guy likes nachos, with cheese only for him. The seasoning was really great in these. I used to always make nachos in the microwave, but aren’t they so much better in the oven?
