Here is another burger recipe from Rachael Ray. It was alright, it was not my favorite burger of hers that I have made. I'll admit I was intrigued at the applesauce, sour cream, and horseradish together. It was not bad, just wasn't unbelievable either. The burgers itself were pretty normal, I didn't add any salt to mine, and I should've. It was a slight mishap, but you know it was one of those days!

Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine

Total Time: 25 minutes

Husband Says: “Nothing special, they’re okay.”

Notes:I couldn’t find watercress in the store, and I was out of fresh parsely so I used dried. That’s really the only thing I did differently, except forget the salt, which I do not recommend you doing!
