Rachael Ray: Pasta with Citrus Cream Sauce
Friday, March 13th, 2009Rachael Ray welcomes Spring with this light pasta sauce. I love this pasta, because it packs in a lot of flavor and my son isn’t a huge mess after he eats it! No tomatoes needed! I really think you’ll enjoy this citrus cream sauce, it would be perfect for dinner served by itself or along some nice grilled chicken. This is just lovely!

Notes: In the ingredients picture you’ll see lemon juice, I didn’t use this, and the 1 lemon I had was bad, so I substituted with some lime zest! I love lime, so it was perfect for me. I also did not use the sherry in this one. I don’t have it, and didn’t want to purchase it!
