Rachael Ray: Lunch Box Fun Due
Tuesday, October 20th, 2009I thought doing a few Rachael Ray lunch box ideas would be good. I work outside the home 3 days a week, I take my lunch everyday, or most everyday to save money. I also used to pack a lunch for the husband, when we lived in the same place. Let’s face it, sandwiches get a little boring after a while. This is a great idea for a little change up from your normal routine. Plus, this is the little guys kind of meal, I didn’t give him the dippers, but he loved everything else.
Recipe: Lunch Box Fun Due
Cookbook: Yum-o!
Total Time: 15 minutes
Notes: I choose to not cut up celery, I don’t like it plain, and the little guy wouldn’t eat it, but I did really enjoy the salsa/ranch dip for them. I also just used some cubed ham, no turkey because again, the little guy is on a ham only kick, he will not eat any other type of meat. I loved the pound cake with the strawberry sauce. I added a touch of sugar when I pureed the strawberries, it was heavenly, especially with the little squirt of whip cream on top!
