Rachael Ray: Lemon Mousse
Saturday, November 28th, 2009I love desserts, so this Rachael Ray dessert recipe made because it wasn’t chocolate. I’m a believer that all desserts should have chocolate in them. I love it, I wish I didn’t love it so much. You can’t help what you love right? I thought this was a refreshing dessert, very light, but sweet, and the flavor was so good. I licked the bowl, don’t tell!
Recipe: Lemon Mousse
Cookbook:Rachael Ray Get Togethers
Total Time:5 minutes, I’d let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes after making
Notes: I didn’t do anything different. I was tempted to use a different fruit over the raspberries, but really they were a nice contrast to the lemon pudding! Oh, I guess I did just make 1 box of pudding, didn’t need 2!
