Rachael Ray: Stuffed Hot Sausage Meatball Subs
Saturday, December 19th, 2009I have made another Rachael Ray recipe where you stuff meatballs and serve it with spaghetti. It is a favorite around here, so I thought this would be a little different, but it sounded good. I will say I am not sure I was a huge fan of sausage meatballs. They were good, but not my favorite. The flavor is a lot different then a regular meatball, which surprised me a little. Overall it was a good sub, but probably not something I’d make again.

Notes: I didn’t do anything different, well I let the meatballs sit in the sauce after they came out of the oven, just to soak up some flavor.
