<p><strong>Notes:</strong> I didn&#8217;t cook this with the vegetables, I couldn&#8217;t do that, I felt like it was more of a roast that way. I don&#8217;t think my meat was all that great to begin with, I had to cook it longer to get it fork tender.</p>
