Rachael Ray: Easy Brisket
Sunday, November 29th, 2009I love a good brisket and this Rachael Ray recipe was intriguing. Plus after all that turkey you’ve been eating you may want a change. I found the sauce for this Brisket different, almost more Italian then a Barbecue Brisket. Maybe the fact that I’m from Oklahoma has influenced how I think of brisket. This would be great to cook in a slow cooker, you’re house will smell amazing!

Total Time: 2.5-3 hours
Notes: I didn’t cook this with the vegetables, I couldn’t do that, I felt like it was more of a roast that way. I don’t think my meat was all that great to begin with, I had to cook it longer to get it fork tender.
- Easy Brisket
- mix soup and marinara sauce together
- Pour sauce over brisket
- bake at 350 until fork tender
