I choose this one because the husband likes cheddar soup. This was a great lunch for us! I think that this Cream of Cheddar Soup may be the best cheddar soup I have made of Rachael Rays. I’ve tried at least one other recipe this year, and this one takes the prize. I wasn’t able to use all the spices because even though my mom has a huge spice container, there was no coriander or cumin, which are in my storage currently. It was all still very tasty! I hope you try this one out, it’s a great salad too, with a real lite dressing!

Notes: We didn’t get to use all the avocado, it wasn’t very good. I also used chicken tenders instead of breast. What I thought was a bad of chicken breast, was tenders. But it all still works the same!
