Rachael Ray: Cranberry and Soy Glazed Ribs
Sunday, December 6th, 2009This Rachael Ray recipe caught my eye in her December Magazine Index. It was listed as a web recipe. The husband bought some ribs from some students and they’ve been in our freezer for a while. It is perfect timing since I’m going to be leaving our fridge with our house, it’s time to clean it all out. I made another cranberry ribs recipe in October, so he wasn’t thrilled they were going to be close to the same. To my surprise when I opened the ribs, they were already cooked. So I ended up heating them up, then putting the glaze on some ribs, but not all of them. Everyone was happy!

Notes: Like I said, this was just used as a glaze on our ribs. I served this up with some potato salad and baked beans, it was good!
