Rachael Ray: Chili Mac for One
Monday, November 30th, 2009This is a simple Rachael Ray recipe for chili mac, and it makes a little bit more for one, but it doesn’t leave a ton of leftovers, which is good in my situation. I don’t eat a lot of chili mac, actually I don’t think I’ve ever made it before. I did enjoy it!

Notes: I forgot my jalapeno, which made me sad. We got home from our trip and I made out a menu and grocery list, that I’ll post soon, and ran through the grocery store without the little one. Made it back home in time for the hubs to take off. The joys of going to the grocery store alone! I also topped mine with a little extra cheddar!

- Ingredients
- brown meat with onion and garlic
- add seasoning
- stir in tomato paste
- add beef stock and simmer
- add noodles to the chili
- add cheddar
- stir all together
