Rachael Ray: Cherry Tomato and Ravioli Soup
Thursday, November 5th, 2009I thought this was an easy, fall-ish soup of Rachael Ray’s to make. I switched grocery stores, because the new one I’m going to has cars, so the little one can sit in the car while I grocery shop, it helps. I wasn’t impressed with their Ravioli selection, but you take what you can get. This soup cooks up so quick, so on a chilly night when you need to cook dinner fast, this would be a great one for you!

Notes:I did everything as instructed, except I only made 1/2 of the recipe, since I’m pretty sure the little one wouldn’t eat but a few pieces of ravioli I didn’t want to waste the other ingredients.
- Cherry Tomato and Ravioli Soup
- Ingredients
- saute cherry tomatoes in EVOO
- cook until a sauce forms
- add chicken stock, water, and then ravioli
- remove from heat and wilt in basil and scallions
- stir all together
