While you are probably having your fill of pumpkin and pecan pies, here is a great Fall cake recipe. I like apple pie, mostly when it is cool outside with a huge scoop of ice cream on top. Starbucks makes an apple cider that taste like an apple pie exploded in your mouth. I felt the same reaction with this cake. It is so full of apple pie with a nice hint of caramel, you’re going to want another piece!
