Rachael Ray: Southwestern Burrito Bar

This is my kind of recipe, no mess, no fuss, nothing fancy, just throw it all together and it taste amazing. If I were serving this at a party I would go all out, chip, queso, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, if you think it should be on a burrito bar, it would be at my house. However, for myself and the baby, we kept it simple for obvious reasons. I was kicking myself when I didn’t grab some of my mom’s friend’s fresh tomatoes for this one, I forgot I could’ve used them. Those are amazing! So be creative and make your own burrito bar tonight!
