Rachael Ray: Buffalo Chicken Stromboli
Sunday, October 18th, 2009It seems like all of Rachael Ray’s buffalo chicken recipes are popular. I hadn’t tried this one so we gave it a whirl. I will say it was way better then I thought it was going to be. It sounded okay, but all the flavors and how well they went together really surprised me. The baby even ate a little bit of it. This meal is great because it is easy to prepare, and it has some veggies in it, so you’re eating healthy! (I guess semi-healthy.)
Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Stromboli
Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online
Total Time: 25 minutes
Husband Says: “It’s good, not bad.”
Notes: I didn’t use blue cheese. I love blue cheese, but the husband doesn’t really like it, plus, the grocery store was all out of it. There was a ton of feta, but no blue cheese. I also used Tyson chicken chunks as my cooked chicken. You don’t have to cut it up or anything, just open the package and throw it in the skillet!
