Rachael Ray: Oatmeal with Nanas and BP

Sunday, August 9th, 2009

This is our last breakfast at the beach from Rachael Ray. I know it’s sad, really I’d live here if I could and always do breakfast at the beach! So for our last one I wanted something easy, fast, and simple. In other words I want to spend as much time on the beach as possible, so here is a quick easy breakfast to get your morning started!

Michelle Says: “It was good, very filling, and I enjoyed the taste.

Notes: I used cinnamon roll flavored oatmeal, because that’s what I like. So there was a nice hint of cinnamon with the oatmeal. I didn’t use any yogurt, because I didn’t have any and I couldn’t find any in the dwindling stock we have at the beach. But I’m not sure the yogurt would’ve made me like it more or less.

Rachael Ray: Breakfast Hawaiian Pizza

Saturday, August 8th, 2009

I choose this Rachael Ray recipe because it reminded me of my mom. She loves Hawaiian Pizza, you know canadian bacon and pineapple on your pizza. I love that pizza too. I thought this was a little different twist on breakfast. I of course didn’t eat it because it had eggs in it, so I passed on this one. Don’t worry though, several other people gave it a try.

Sister In Law Says: “It’s really good. Delicious.”

Cousin Says: “It is good.”

Aunt L Says: “I’m not a big egg fan, but it is pretty good.”

Notes: The only thing I did differently is not use real pineapple, but canned tidbits. It’s easier and less messy!

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
