Slider Recipe
Wednesday, February 11th, 2009I love Rachael Ray Sliders, ever since Chili’s came out with these, I’ve been in love! My husband has been begging for a jalapeno burger, so I thought this would hit the spot. I think I like sliders over burgers because I feel like I eat less, and I am full quicker. These 7 layers make for a super thick little burger, so enjoy these big mouth bites!

Notes: I only used 1 lb. of ground beef and I got 11 burgers. I also did not use red onion, I’ve been getting a little bit of a hard time with using too much onion, and maybe I forgot to buy one at the store, so I went without it, let’s just say I didn’t miss it. I also used the trusty microwave for the beans, a bowl to me is much easier to clean then a sauce pan! Other then that I followed the recipe and I really loved all the flavors together! These are YUM-O!
