Rachael Ray: Banana Ice Cream Fake Out
Monday, October 19th, 2009I choose this Rachael Ray recipe for today, because I didn’t want to cook. So that’s just me being real, being honest. I also thought this would be a good snack for the little one (he’s not so much a baby anymore). He loves milk and bananas. I think I would consider this a dessert if I added some chocolate syrup, otherwise, it’s a great breakfast for me and the little one!
Recipe: Banana Ice Cream Fake Out
Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online
Total Time: 5 minutes (does not include freeze time)
Notes: Well I made this from memory after I read the recipe. I froze the banana slices the night before, but I didn’t whip them up before adding the milk. So mine was a little more like a shake, not as thick as ice cream. I might try it again, but it was still very good. I really enjoyed it.
