Rachael Ray: Baby Back Ribs

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

I’ve recently taken a liking to ribs. I used to be scared of them, I don’t know why. I thought I’d try to make my own from this Rachael Ray recipe, they weren’t half bad. I don’t think my grocery store has the best selection of ribs, so sometimes you gotta get whatever they have. This meal was pretty easy to make and prepare, and I got to read some of the last Twillight book while I was cooking these baby back ribs!

Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine

Total Time: 1 hour

Husband Says: I don’t think he’s eaten these yet, he ate at camp, so he wasn’t hungry

Notes: I used some boneless ribs that were at the grocery store, and my cooking time wasn’t quite as long as the hour, 45 minutes on the recipe. I only made almost 2 lbs. Other then that I did everything about the same!
