Rachael Ray: Strawberry Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagel Sticks
I know this isn’t the recipe you were expecting from Rachael Ray today. The hubs is coming home for dinner so I did a switch. Have you seen bagelfuls? Do you like them? We love them at our house so when I came across this recipe I wanted to try it. Like Rachael Ray, I am not a good baker, which is seen in my attempt to make these. They tasted good, just didn’t look great. I wasn’t really happy with my pizza dough, maybe next time I’ll try a different brand!

- mix jelly and cream cheese together

- fill pizza dough with cream cheese

- close the bagel stick

- cook in boiling water for 4 minutes

- brush with egg wash

- sprinkle with sesame seeds
