Rachael Ray: Peanut Butter and Jelly Moose

This Rachael Ray dessert was good and rich. It also involves no baking, but would be a good ending to a nice meal. I’m sure it is very kid friendly as well. What kid doesn’t love PB&J? I’m not going to say this is the last dessert of the year because I haven’t made next week’s grocery list, but it would be a good one to end on!

Notes: There really isn’t much I did differently, except I served this up in a random martini glass I found.

I do not understand, SAmmie, why your comments today and yesterday are so negative.

I find this blog quite informative and Michelle takes the time every single day to present us with some wonderful recipes. Many a great chef substitutes ingredients and tweaks a recipe to make it one’s own.
