Rachael Ray: Fruity Stuffed French Toast

I have been looking forward to this Rachael Ray recipe all week! The place I used to work at had a strawberry stuffed french toast and I loved it. This one is almost as good, I think what would’ve made even better was to use fresh strawberries instead of the jam. However if strawberries aren’t in season; the jam is a good alternative.

Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online

Total Time: 20 minutes

Husband Says: Sadly the husband will not be joining us, we are temporary separated while we move to another city….

Notes:Really like I said above I think fresh strawberries would’ve been great in here. I also forogt to bring my cookie cutter so I just used a cup for the shape, so no hearts like the recipe, just circles. I also still do not have any vanilla, so I didn’t use it.
