Rachael Ray: Double Decker Pumpkin
I am posting this Rachael Ray recipe from the car, and to be honest, I didn’t look at what was really on the schedule today. You’ll get this either way, so enjoy it! If you like pumpkin pie, but might be looking for a little bit different pumkin pie this one is for you. This was so delicious. I loved the creamy texture and the caramel. I think it would be a hit at your Thanksgiving dinner!

Notes: I bought easy melting caramels and an already made graham cracker crust. I’m really horrible at making graham cracker crust, so I saved myself the trouble and just bought one!
- Double Decker Pumpkin Caramel Pie
- Ingredients
- mix pumpkin, eggs, cream, and spices together
- beat until combined well
- Pour into pie crust
- melt caramels with cream
- add melted caramel to whipped cream
- top pie with whip cream
- shave chocolate on top
