Rachael Ray: Chestnut Stuffing
I made this Rachael Ray Chestnut Stuffing recipe, with no chestnuts. I thought for sure they would be available this time of year, but I was completely out of luck. I saw just about every other kind of nuts except for these. I still wanted to try it. I typically only like my grandmothers stuffing, she makes the best in my opinion, it is moist and oh so good. Most other stuffingsI have tried aren’t usually moist, until this one. I thought this was very good over all, not sure if I’m crazy about the bacon, but other then that I thought it was full of flavor and had a nice texture.

Notes: The only thing I had to leave out was the chestnuts because I couldn’t find them. I felt like overall for the first time to ever make stuffing, it turned out pretty well!
