Rachael Ray: Cauliflower Fritters
I’ve been so busy today I completely forgot about posting this Rachael Ray recipe. This recipe is a starter from the Thanksgiving recipes. I think that it is a little funny to have starters for Thanksgiving, but I guess you could make a little cock tail hour out of it before dinner. Usually I’m so stuffed by the time I finish about 3 things on my plate, I really don’t need anymore. These fritters weren’t my favorite. I felt like there really wasn’t a lot of flavor. Maybe if you added some cheese they’d be better.

Notes:I only made a few of these, because we didn’t need to eat 14. I used steamable cauliflower instead of boiling it, so it cut down on the time some. I will say steaming cauliflower does not have a pleasant smell. I also didn’t bother with the salad, for presenation purposes I would’ve, but just try the fritters I didn’t.

- Ingredients
- mix flour and egg with mashed cauliflower
- form into fritters and refrigerate for 15 minutes
- lightly fry
