Rachael Ray: BLT Bruschetta

*This was supposed to post yesterday, but it was brought to my attention that it didn’t, sorry about that!

I wanted to try this Rachael Ray bruschetta recipe because I really like bruschetta. I like all the different things you can put on the bead. In my work at a deli we made this amazing strawberry, tomato, and basil bruschetta, it was incredible. Don’t knock that until you try it! This one I thought was strange to have basil, but it was so good. I didn’t make to many because my bread was a little hard, but the pieces that I made and ate were delicious!

Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online

Total Time: 20 minutes

Notes: I am horrible at making garlic paste, I can never get it to come out right. I rubbed the garlic on my toasted bread, I thought you still got a nice hint of it in the final product. I did not use tarragon, it was not available at the store.

this looks great delicious. i’ve always been bad at making garlic paste myself, so i was glad to find it in a tube at my local supermarket…it comes in very handy!

Glad to know someone else has trouble with garlic paste, I’ll have to see if they sell it in a tube at my store. I don’t think I need it enough to buy a whole tube!
