Rachael Ray: Banana Sushi

I choose this Rachael Ray recipe today because the baby loves bananas and bread. I thought surely he’d love them together! This is a great one to use for breakfast, an after school snack, or even serve it at a shower! The funny thing was the baby unrolled each piece and just at the banana. Go figure.

Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online

Total Time: 10 minutes

Notes:On my second sushi roll I cut off the crust, it was a lot easier to cut that way. I used Nutella, because I had some one hand, and in my opinion, Nutella and bananas are a match made to die for! In peanut butter’s defense, I am sure it would have been good, just not as good as the nutella!

This looks good Michelle. I’ve always been a big fan of bananas and chocolate. I guess if you wanted to make it more like a dessert you could use those pre-made dessert crepes they keep in the produce dept. usually near the fresh berries. Your baby sound like he’s having fun with all of your recipes!
