Buffalo Wingless Pizza Recipe

Rachael Ray is from Italian Heritage, so she cooks a lot of Italian food. You may be thinking we just had Italian last night, this is nothing like any Italian food you’ll ever eat. Think of “pizza” as more of a “method” and you’ll love this one as much as we do! Also at our house its a big night because its the NBA All-Star game, so nothing better to watch it with then some pizza and wings….just combine them, you’re fingers won’t get as messy, but it’s still finger lickin’ good!

Cookbook: Rachael Ray Online

Total Time: 45 minutes (most of that is time for pizza dough to cook, so it could vary)

Husband Says: “It’s good, I like it. I would prefer less blue cheese, and more regular cheese.”

Notes: For this pizza I made pizza dough from a box and rolled it out. This is not my strong suit at all, and I probably would suggest buying an already made pizza dough. My toppings made the dough a little soggy in the middle, maybe if I was better at baking breads it would’ve been fine. I’m working on that! Also I didn’t not use scallions, and I boiled my chicken and then seasoned it in the skillet. Overall this was great. I’ll admit I went a little heavy on the blue cheese, but I love blue cheese what can I say?!?
