Rachael Ray: Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Rachael Ray has a lot of Italian recipes, I’m not sure this is true Italian Pizza, but it is good. When I made it I had a ton of trouble with the biscuits. I’m usually not picky about brands, but don’t buy off brand canned biscuits, buy the best ones, you know the ones! You’re supposed to cut these in thirds, so I got more like a pizza bread, but don’t get me wrong it was good. We had a lot and didn’t eat them all, so Jeremy took them to school, the other teachers loved them! I hope you love them too! I did tell you just to pick your favorite pizza toppings, but if you want to follow the recipe, by all means, I won’t stop you!

Husband Says: “I liked them.”

Notes:I made half of these with pepperoni and half with canadian bacon, so like I said mix it up a bit and use whatever you like on a pizza. If anyone makes these, let me know how the biscuits worked for you. I may try this again when I have a chance with the dough boy biscuits!

did you cook the biscuits alone first like the recipe? The pictures make it look like you cooked it all together.
This recipe looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it!

nope I guess I didn’t do that, sometimes I don’t read very well, or I get in a hurry. I actually made these after I just sauw the clip on tv, so I did it from memory…

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
