Yes I did: Fried Mac and Cheese
This might not be a Rachael Ray recipe, but it’s worth sharing with my loyal readers! So I took this recipe and fried it up, like I said I would yesterday. Since I was already frying the chicken for today, I thought why now use the mac and cheese too. So the best friend and I had an amazing appetizer. If you wanted more breading then add some bread crumbs, and maybe let them sit in the fridge to set up. But these were so good, I can’t believe it actually worked!
Instructions: Jalapeno Mac and Cheese recipe from yesterday, make it a day ahead and let it sit in the fridge. Spoon out with a large cookie scoop and bread with today’s recipe! See the pictures below, and you won’t be dissappointed!
