Wing Recipe

This month’s Rachael Ray magazine had a section on wings, so last week we tried chocolate wings, this week Italian Mozzarella Wings. I like wings now more then I used to, I’m not sure about clipping them, I just take them out, rinse them off, and follow the directions. I noticed the local wing stop went out of business, maybe I’m on my way… Let me know what you think of these wings!

Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine, 2/2009

Total Time: 50 minutes, most of this is just cooking time

Husband Says:“The chicken was good, I tasted mostly the parmesan, the crust was good.”

Notes: I chose not to make the sauce, just because I’m lazy. Also I’m not sure if I put in the cheese right. I think that most of it melted out, so maybe I need some lessons. Overall I thought they were seasoned well and I was surprised at how well the breading stayed on.

These look great! I made these last week on my blog, and my husband and I both loved them. I made the sauce, but added more seasoning to it to add some more pizzaz :-) Though really, the wings were good enough they didn’t need the sauce.

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
