Rachael Ray: Sausage, Potato, and Cheese Waffles
When I saw this Rachael Ray recipe I thought, I like those breakfast things, I bet I’ll like them together. The baby loved these waffles, I personally am sad to say I did not care for them. It may have been that I just felt sick to my stomach because as I was cooking them there was a knock on my door and we had a scheduled showing that somehow I didn’t know about. That’s enough to ruin your dinner. Luckily I hadn’t put these in the waffle iron yet, but I had high hopes for these. They didn’t meet my expectations I’m sad to say.
Recipe: Sausage, Potato, and Cheese Waffles
Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine
Total Time: 20 minutes, if you’re not interrupted!
Notes: I choose to use bacon in these over sausage. I just wasn’t feeling like sausage, and bacon sounded so good. I do not think using sausage would’ve changed how I felt about these waffles. But I will say, they’d be a great breakfast on the go!
