Rachael Ray: Ham, Egg, and Cheese Sandwiches
I picked this Rachael Ray recipe because I thought the little one would like it. I don’t know if he had too much candy or what the deal was, because he only ate 1 bite. He loves eggs, cheese, and ham, so I guess sometimes they just prove you wrong. I made my sandwich without the fried egg, it was wonderful. I loved it on the sourdough bread. It was a nice change from regular white or wheat bread!

Notes: I just left the egg off my sandwich, and I didn’t make the salad that is the suggested side. But everything else I did the same for the sandwich. I liked the pepper jack cheese too, added a little kick. I thought maybe that’s why the little one didn’t care for it to much.

- add egg on top of buttered sourdough
- add ham
- add cheese
- top with other piece of buttered sour dough
- flip to grill
