Rachael Ray: Fruit with Yogurt Honey Dip

This Rachael Ray recipe isn’t a meal, but more of a snack or something to go with breakfast. I love fruit for breakfast, it is just so refreshing. It is such a healthy snack too, so every once and a while, you need a good, quick, healthy snack! Here’s a good story about fruit, I love pineapple, so while I was living in Vienna on a studies program I bought some from a stand. Well, apparently something they treat it with didn’t go well with me and I broke out in this horrible rash. Luckily a professor who spoke fluent German was visiting and went to the hospital with me. They couldn’t diagnose what I had all that well, but I was stripped of just about anything short of crackers and water, so don’t take eating fruit for granted. I would suggest, not buying it already cut in another country in the subway. In my defense, no one else got sick, just me!
