Rachael Ray: Cream Sauce
Here is another Rachael Ray pasta sauce recipe. I was hoping this cream sauce would be more like an Alfredo. I think maybe I might have been too heavy on the parsley. I didn’t really measure it out, but I also didn’t put a ton in. It needed pepper for more flavor. It was alright, and the little one loved it. He ate every bite of his. So I guess that makes it a success!
Recipe: Pasta with Cream Sauce
Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine
Total Time: 20 minutes
Notes: Again instead of the heavy cream I used whole milk. I didn’t want it to be too heavy, and I didn’t feel like it was. Again, the pepper made it taste better to me! I also choose to use angel hair pasta, it is one of my favorites!
