Rachael Ray: Coffee Rubbed Steaks with Sweet Potatoes
This is a Rachael Ray recipe I made because my husband is gone. He hates coffee, so its a perfect time for me to try it. It was delicious, and I think I could make it for him. You can’t taste the coffee in it, so he wouldn’t even know there was any involved. I served this with the sweet potatoes and a green bean casserole that was delicious. Overall this steak rub was so good, I’d highly recommend it!
Recipe: Coffee Rubbed Steaks with Sweet Potatoes
Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine
Total Time: 30 minutes
Notes: The only thing about these two recipes that I did maybe a little different was I made my own buttermilk. I usually do since I don’t use it a whole lot. I was surprised I liked the sweet potatoes as much as I did, I usually load mine up with orange juice and brown sugar, that’s good too!
