Rachael Ray: Chili Lime Okra
Okra is one of my absolute favorite things to eat! This Rachael Ray recipe out of her magazine last April I thought looked fantastic! It was fantastic. The little one even tried a few; I’ve been teaching him to like okra because I like it so much! This one cooks up fast. It would be a great side dish to a barbecue meal, or I eat okra as a snack!

Notes: I couldn’t find fresh okra so I used frozen okra. I’m guessing it is probably not in season right now.
- Chili Lime Okra
- Ingredients
- mix flour and cornmeal together
- defrost okra and sprinkle with salt
- toss okra with flour and cornmeal mixture
- fry in vegetable oil
