Rachael Ray: Chicken Cordon Bleu Nuggets
I thought this Rachael Ray recipe would be fun, and easy. A different Chicken Cordon Bleu. I thought it was very good. It was featured as an appetizer, or finger food, in Everyday with Rachael Ray. These would be perfect for any sports watching event, but you better make a lot of them because they go fast. The baby loved them, he did not love the broccoli I served with it. The husband and I both enjoy broccoli, any way, steamed, roasted, boiled, with cheese, with cheese and rice, not sure about the little one. HeĀ put all his broccoli on my plate, and he’s not quite old enough to force him to eat his veggies!
Recipe:Chicken Cordon Bleu Nuggets
Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine
Total Time:35 minutes
Husband Says: They are good, I didn’t even taste the ham until the last one.”
Notes: I rolled these opposite the way they say to do it in the recipe. I used chicken tenders, pounded them out a bit, then added ham and cheese and rolled up, I just thought they would hold better. I’m sure either way it would be good. Other then that, everything was the same.
