Rachael Ray: Chicken al la Tangerine
I love Rachael Ray recipes that use citrus. I think they are so fresh and light. This chicken was no different. The sauce with the tangerines was so refreshing. Even the little guy ate some pulled chicken, which doesn’t happen a lot, so it must have been good!

Notes: I only used chicken legs and it seemed like they took a little long to cook. I served this up over rice because the little guy loves it.

- Ingredients
- brown chicken
- bring to a simmer stock, tangerine juice, and jelly
- add chicken back into sauce and cook
