Rachael Ray: Buried Alive Muffins
This Rachael Ray recipe was featured in her October issue with the Halloween party treats. It was listed in the index under “breakfast”, what better way to start out the day with chocolate chocolate chip muffins. Since I did make these for breakfast, no arms sticking out of these. I went by a party store to get some, and the store wasn’t there anymore. So, blame me if you want to, but the last thing I really wanted to do was drag the little one around searching for plastic doll arms. If I was making these for a Halloween party, I’d find them!
Recipe: Buried Alive Muffins

Total Time: 35 minutes
Notes: I bought regular chocolate chips, I was so excited about them, I skipped over the mini part. I don’t know that it really matters, these muffins were delicious! Probably not the healthiest breakfast, but they’re good!
