Rachael Ray: Apple Cider Glazed Ribs

The husband likes ribs, so when I saw this Rachael Ray recipe I thought I’d give it a try. I love cooking ribs because they make your entire house smell amazing. These would be great at your next football party or dinner party. I served ours up with some baked beans and potatoes. I highly recommend this rib recipe, it rivals my favorite ribs, that I had one time at Southern Hospitality in New York City!

Cookbook: Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine

Total Time: 2 hours

Husband Says: “These are really good, tender.”

Notes: The store didn’t have any baby back ribs, but they had a special for $7 for a full slab. You can’t beat that. I cooked ours in the oven over the grill. It was a little too windy and chilly for that. I cooked them at 325 for a couple of hours. They just fell off the bone, it was excellent!

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
