Rachael Ray: Vicki’s Chicken and Grapes in Mustard Sauce
This is a recipe that Rachael Ray makes because it’s one of her hubby’s mother in laws! This is the first time for it to appear here, but I’ve made it 2 other times and always really like it. I made a lot less because I cooked it later just for myself. It was delicious as usual. I know it may be a strange combination for you, but the cooked grapes with the mustard sauce is just divine!
Recipe: Vicki’s Chicken and Grapes in Mustard Sauce
Cookbook: Cooking Round the Clock
Total Time: 30 minutes
Notes: I just made 1 chicken breast for myself. I cut it in half to speed up the cooking. I didn’t really measure my mustard and milk out. That’s right, I usually don’t buy heavy cream, because we have whole milk for the little one, so I just use that. I also didn’t buy any white wine for this, so I just omitted it. It was still delicious!

I love Rachel Ray!! I have not seen this recipe yet! It looks yummy!! Will bookmark and try next week!
This is an oldy but a goody. I’ve made it several times. I prefer ot with tenders though or the breast sliced. The sauce is amazing. Where’s the couscous and asparagus? I love them both and they onlt take 5 min to cook. The plate looks lost without them. You need to eat your greens….
I ususally do make this with tenders, but I just made 1 breast, for myself, it’s hard to cook just for 1 sometimes! No sides this night either, protein only!
