Rachael Ray: Pizza Margherita
This Rachael Ray recipe is nothing new. There is nothing profound or different about it, I needed an easy out for today. I catered a luncheon for 50 people, and I have some family in town, so when you need an easy out this one is for you. I changed it up from the original one, but I really likedit. I’ve had Margherita pizza before, and I like it, it’s not my favorite pizza, but it does good on a rainy day when you need a fast lunch!
Recipe:Pizza Margherita (she doesn’t have it on her website, but see the pictures, you’ll know!)
Cookbook: Cooking Round the Clock
Total Time: 15 minutes
Husband Says: “It was fine, nothing special, just pizza.”
Notes:I used individual crust, they came in a package of 3, so perfect for our family. Also this morning while I was cutting tomatoes, I used the juice I squeezed out of them and mixed in some garlic powder, I put that on the bottom. When I drizzled the pizzas with EVOO before baking I sprinkles some garlic salt on the top, I thought that was a nice touch! Oh and I did not use fresh mozzarella cheese, the shredded cheese is just to easy and inexpensive!

I just fixed this for dinner and it was soooo good! Thanks for the recipe!
