Rachael Ray: Hot or Cold Sesame Noodles

This is a lot like another Rachael Ray recipe I made a while back, it was a perfect meal for our recovery after we ran. I do have to say I do not think I will make another noodle meal with peanut butter this year. Maybe we had them to close together, it’s good, just not my favorite. If you love peanut butter, you will love this pasta!

Cookbook: Cooking Round the Clock

Total Time: 25 minutes

Husband Says: “Did you do a peanut butter sauce again, it’s ok. I still want my Chinese fix.”

Notes: I couldn’t find the cabbage/carrot shredded mix, so I just used some carrots I already had. I also forgot to write down sesame seeds on my grocery list, which means it probably wasn’t on your either. I don’t think 2 Tablespoons would make that much of a difference, they weren’t missed. Other then that I followed the recipe, using Soy Sauce, I can’t find the dark Soy Sauce.

I like to cook and post about it in this blog. In 2009, I cooked a Rachael Ray recipe everyday for my family. You can check out the featured receipe from 2009. Here's hoping this blog makes your lives a little less work and more enjoyable!
